Everyone's super friendly, and the place is spotless, which is a big plus. My appointment was at 4:45, and they saw me right away, unlike other dentists where I've waited forever. However, the staff at this location is always so pleasant and accommodating and the office/facilities are always clean and state-of-the-art that I always feel safe when I arrive for my appointments. And, that's important. Highly recommended. Al M

Posted On: 05/17/2024 After seeing these reviews for the past year, I can totally agree with the poor reviews. They used to clean my kids teeth . The last appt we had we showed up on time still had to wait 45 mins, my son bg started to drop. Mind you I always remind them that he is a type 1 diabetic toddler.
I was using them since 2018. They canceled my future appt from that day. Haven't returned since. Gemma R

Posted On: 05/15/2024 Changing my review! Dr Abed was indeed awesome and i would still recommend him but this office is a bit sketchy! Something told me to call my insurance company this morning and was told that the procedures i had done were indeed covered 100 percent with my policy and that the dental office never submitted a claim to them. Remind you i was told by billing that my insurance didn’t cover it and that i would have to pay out of pocket. I agreed to a $2500 debt because i was in pain and needed the tooth removed and left a $500 deposit. Now who in their right minds would agree to that if they didn’t have to?? I’m covered by my insurance. Not to mention they turned me away when i didn’t agree at first when i was covered by my insurance. I’ve called them to make them aware that I’ve realized what they have done and to see how can i get out of this debt and they stopped answering my calls. I literally had to go up there to speak to them in person and still didn’t get direct info. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. There’s no reason i should be out of $500 and tied to a $2500 debt when i was covered the entire time. I’m sure their plan was to still submit a claim to my insurance and get paid while having me pay out of pocket as well. Very sketchy business!!! All i will say is check with your insurance carrier first before agreeing to anything with these ppl. I feel very violated.. Alenia S
