Posted On: 10/22/2024 This place a gimic will be filling a grievance against this place. Is a money grab. So I went in to get 2 teeth pulled, they waste my day by taking like a hundred x-rays grooming me to get me to do bone graphs after pulling my teeth. The intern doctor suggested that I should remove all my teeth, which in way I wish I can afford to do that, however I explained to her that, that's something I've looked into and not sure I have the money nor if I want to spend that kind of money if I had it like that. Well after all that when I declined the bone draft offer for only 3k each tooth, I was told that they couldn't help me and that they will refer me to an oral surgeon.
These are not committed Dentist they are there to make money out of vulnerable people.
They shouldn't advertise as a family doctor they should be honest and advertise as what they are cosmetic dentistry. Don't get pulled in by this monsters. Lizette S

But that was not true. Tried to get me to pay $8,000 out of pocket for partial dentures. Rip off. Guess I’ll be toothless☹️ Yvonne L

Posted On: 10/07/2024 This office is a money grab! Every time I try to come in for a cleaning, they try to get me to pay for an implant or a 'gum treatment' that is quoted at $5000. I declined. Once I declined the draping was taking off and I was told the cleaning could not be done due to my 'gum disease'. Mind you my cleaning has been done every other time I went. I don't know why this time was different. I was told I had to sign a refusal of care at the front. No problem. I went to the front and was given nothing but a referral to a peridontist. So if I need a peridontist why the hell were you guys trying to do the work for $5k? All of the locations are the same way! This is actually the first time I have been denied a cleaning. My daughter needs braces, they lied to me and said braces aren't covered by insurance and tried to force me into getting invisalign for my daughter. Very shady business and I will not be back. Posted On: 10/05/2024 Went a few years ago to Dr Weiss office that was located on 5520 Glenwood Road. He was very professional as well as the other doctors in that office I had a very good experience even that I went just for consultation, they did cleaning without me even asking for it and they did very good it was all paid by my insurance I didn’t have to spend a dime out of pocket, in the end of consultation I knew just about what I will have to pay to restore my smile they gave me a fair and honest quote.

So last year I decided to book there again and I noticed they relocated, I was surprised to find out the whole staff is different and none of the doctors who dealt with me In the past work there. I was also quoted $5k for periodontal procedure as per the 20 year old russian doctor or all my teeth will fall out and $7k for aligners so $12k before extractions bone grafts implants and crowns
I had a feeling that team is sketchy and being dishonest also the price seemed way too high. Ended up being diagnosed with gingivitis and they didn’t have the courtesy to give me a referral to a periodontist, didn’t even offer a cleaning that I needed at that time.
I went to a different reputable doctor and was diagnosed; I have no gum disease and quoted $5k for aligners.

I will never come back to any family dental location not even for free cleaning very disappointed what a disgrace someone should revoke the license from that doctor that diagnosed me It’s unbelievable such practice is taking place here in America Tom

They are just out to make money and do not care about patient care and morale. They will promise you one thing and technically give it you in a lower quality. I will not do business with this office ever again and I hope that others would heed my warning! Juliana S

I get they want to make a buck but it’s not fair to have people wait and get X-ray before you could mention there’s no surgery. Basically I went there for no reason.
