I have four of my teeth in the front of my mouth on the upper side that need the correct alignment. Will I be able to get braces just for the 4 teeth? Please answer I’m a timely manner thank you! Posted On: 02/05/2025 Scammers!!! In 2023 me and my mom had an appointment and apparently my mom was in need of new dentures. Unknowingly she had spoken to the front desk about it and had put a deposit down on these dentures. Days later all they gave her was the bottom and charged $4,000.00 for unfinished work! In the end she paid these con artists and they basically gotten free money. Please avoid this place if you're wise! For them to take advantage of a senior is totally despicable and downright degrading. K J

Dr. Randhawa and Kenny were amazing—they took the time to really educate me about my teeth and gave me tips to improve my dental hygiene. The entire staff, including Jasmine, Naomi, and Annie, were so friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for top-notch dental care! Deja C

Posted On: 01/19/2025 On 01/18/2025, I visited Flatlands Family Dental office for the first time. I was greeted by Naomi ( receptionist) with a smile , and she explained the payment process etc in a professional manner. I was also very impressed with the advanced technology that included scanning every tooth individually after high tech X-rays were done. All the members of the team were friendly , professional ,answered all my questions and provided amazing care. Lana ( the dental hygienist) was exceptional. She provided the best dental cleaning that I ever had in all my years of visiting dentists.
The wait was long . However, everyone expressed appreciation for my patience . I highly recommend this dental office . Helena M

Posted On: 01/12/2025 Dear Flatland Family Dental you defraud my Sister Nadica Smith Holness with Lending Club Patient Solution,
She wrote to express her extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding services at your office. You want her to pay $4,500 with the understanding that she would receive 'Laiser and Antibiotic treatment.' To date, this service has not been delivered, and she feel as though she have been deceived and financially taken advantage of (You Are Fraud Flatland Family Dental and Lending Club Solutions).

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with your team, there has been no satisfactory response, leaving Nadica without the service for which she paid a significant sum. This was an intentional neglect of your responsibilities and a breach of trust. She is incredibly disappointed, as she expected a high standard of care and transparency.

She would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. If not, she is prepared to escalate this through further action to recoup the funds she paid in good faith.

Posted On: 12/18/2024 I usually do not write reviews but I was compelled to share my positive experience. Dr. Epstein was amazing!! He was patient, caring, informative, knowledgeable, and gentle. I was made to feel like I was in a safe space. Dr. Epstein made the procedure feel seem-less and above all pain free. The staff was supportive and kind.
