Posted On: 01/06/2021 Went for a referral and was in and out. Assistants Chasity and Nicole were so calm, polite and funny, the convo kept going. Front desk Don very cool and helped me with multiple options for a surgeon. Shekia was quick to come in room and informative. Great Covid measures with sanitizer and mask if needed. Posted On: 12/29/2020 I never thought I would be writing a review to express how pleased I was with a dental cleaning, but I must after experiencing the wonderful stuff and excellent service provided. I've had several dental appointments over my lifetime and it's always been a neutral experience...but after having my first cleaning done at this location I will be a patient of theirs as long as I'm in the area. From the administrative assistant Don who was the first person I encountered. He was very pleasant and professional with a calm demeanor and helped check me in promptly. The treatment coordinator Shekia was also wonderful and friendly. She helped set me up for my cleaning and we found ourselves quickly chit chatting while I was waiting. I almost felt like we knew each other for some time because the vibe was friendly and genuine. Next came Dr. Erstein who I swear should also be a therapist....lol. He was soo friendly, answered all my questions and did my cleaning with such care while providing nice conversation during the cleaning. I didn't feel rushed like I have in other dental places. I was rather surprised a doctor was doing my cleaning as that's never happened before. He was very personable and I can tell enjoyed doing what he does and enjoys taking care of his patients. On my way out I met the dental assistants Kay and Nicole who were also easy going and friendly. It just amazed me to find the entire staff to be professional and friendly across the board. Kudos to them for creating a warm environment to work and for the patients. Juna S

Posted On: 12/16/2020 I had a very good experience at this dentistry today. Shekia was amazing and super helpful, accessed my needs right away and left me with a smile walking out the door. The front desk staff Don was a cool guy as well, very warm and welcoming. Super fast experience today, I love it here. David C
