I come on time I'm now waiting 17 mins after the time.. and when I came with my son was no dentist and they couldn't tell me if I had cavities cuz she wasn't a dentist .. just a ridiculous way of how they operate.. never again. Posted On: 07/30/2021 I can't say enough about the staff at Flatlands Family Dental especially the dental hygienist Shari. I have always had a fear of the denist but being treated by Shari has changed my point of view, she treated me as a human and not as a job. Truly phenomenal person and I would be remiss if I did not mention the front desk staff. Exceptional service ladies so friendly yet professional. 5🌟's I would have rated higher given the choice!! Posted On: 04/27/2021 Amazing experience!! Had a toothache and was able to get an emergency appointment the next day. The receptionists were so pleasant and efficient-- checked me in within minutes and didn't have to wait long before my name was called. Met the lovely DOLL - comforting, great sense of humor, knows her stuff and full of energy. She was able to put me at ease as I anticipated what would happen next to resolve my toothache. Dr. Epstein has hands of an angel!!! He extracted my tooth in no time and shocked the hell out of me how easily he did it - totally put my nerves to rest. Shout out to Patti, Don, Fatima, Nicole and Kerry!!! I will be back. T L

Posted On: 04/07/2021 Had to cancel my appointment. Was not comfortable there. Does not sanitize properly when taking xrays. Very small area. People are standing in the hallway. No social distancing especially in the waiting area. It was crowded to the point I had to wait outside until called. If you are considering making an appointment at this location, it is best to pass by and see for yourself before giving them your information and proceeding with an appt. Jessie

Posted On: 03/16/2021 I had my first visit yesterday, after seeing my last dentist for the past 15+ years i was very nervous because i didn't know what to expect. After days of looking for a new dentist and reading bad reviews, i am glad i chose Flatlands family dental. As soon as i walked through the door, everyone was so friendly. Don at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, the office is super clean and neat; beautiful colorful paintings all over the walls give you a sense of calmness. My xray experience was a breath of fresh air as i didn't have to endure the pain my old dentist used to put me through shoving those bulky tools in my mouth. The dental assistants Nicole and Keichon were so nice and helpful. Lastly, the Hygienist Kerry was sooo gentle, she took her time to clean my teeth and it didn't feel rushed at all. I had such a great experience that i know i will be back! Dominique B

Posted On: 02/11/2021 I would highly recommend Flatlands Family Dental. The receptionist Don was very professional and welcoming. In fact all staff that I encountered there were very professional polite and welcoming. I appreciate the fact that I was greeted by Keichon (forgive me if I butchered name spelling) & met with hand sanitizer before being led back to exam room. Safety is especially important to all of us at this time. The office is neat and clean. The wait wasn’t long at all. I was very pleased with the teeth cleaning I received. Jean was professional & very informative. I left feeling better than when I walked in. I don’t write reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary but I felt the need to because I’m satisfied with the service provided. So far so good. Cami J
