Posted On: 01/03/2023 Both my mother and I came here and we received great service. The waiting period was short. The front desk staff was so helpful and swift with checking us in and getting us in the chair. The hygienist took his time and gave me a great cleaning. Not to mention how Doll took her time to explain my mothers procedures to her before they started the procedure, giving her time to make her own decision instead of making one for her. All in all, everyone was helpful and patience. Shelda F

I came here with 3 front teeth damaged from a fall 2 were actually cracked and I thought I would never look the same. Well this man created miracles and I’m so glad I came to him. Posted On: 10/23/2022 I absolutely never make reviews & I am so annoyed that I have to do this but this office by far ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS THEY TRIED SETTLING ME WITH A 3500$ PAYMENT PLAN after telling me my insurance would not cover specific crowns which ended up being wrong after I did my research my insurance reached out multiple times they ignored each call made to resolve this I ended up paying a small deductible for a crown they offered I asked for a refund since they won’t service me & now they are recommending I seek a different office to attend the entire back office is unprofessional I’m still walking around with a temporary crown in my mouth since the 19th of September and no reimbursement for the money I spent out of pocket Frustrated isn’t even the word DO NOT GO HERE They are money hungry and greedy! After revisting the dentist I was told the doctor no longer accept insurance on implants... after only visiting a month ago. Shondie W

Posted On: 07/21/2022 BEWARE, by far the worst dental office i've ever been to! I came here for a teeth cleaning in march and they stated they only saw 1 small cavity, fast foward to when I had free time and booked an appointment to get my teeth filled in they do an x-ray and say I have 7, I stated that the dentist that looked a my x-ray said it was only 1, now you're saying its 7?! I got the one tooth that had the cavity from the first visit filled, a week later im in pain where to tooth was filled, apparently the dentist drilled in TOO deep. I call to inform them and they said to come in, they did an x-ray again and this time claimed I have 9 cavities (now I knew they were just a bunch of incompetent, money hungry dentists, who definitely doesnt know what there doing, the manager or lead dentist comes in and says if I still fill aching pain they need to do a root canal & that he would refer me to his friend who is a surgeon. As a person who takes good care of her teeth and barely has cavities, I regret going to this office & I suggest to ANYONE who loves their teeth to do your research and find a more suitable and pliable dental office, because flatlands family dental is not it. Posted On: 07/11/2022 Do not come here. They will try to get you for your money. They’re quick to throw finance options at you without properly explaining to you why? And when you come back after doing your research, they’re telling you Now you have to pay out of pocket because all of a sudden the dentist to do the procedure is out of network. Any smart person will ensure before they spend money on “major” work, they’re going to make sure it’s necessary. Once you catch them in a lie, they change the story. Avoid at all cost. Tanisha W
