The dentist and staff are excellent and very attentive to your needs from the introduction to explaining procedures, helping with a little breathing techniques to relax which was a plus. However, I am most definitely happy that I found this place searching the Web which is now my new Dentist Office..Yay!!😁 T

During the appointment, I was informed that I needed to extend a tooth and undergo a bone graft, which would cost a whopping $3000. Feeling pressured and unsure, I reluctantly agreed to set up a credit card account for this procedure, with the condition that I did not want a hard credit inquiry. To my dismay, the staff member handling my account went behind my back and opened a credit card without my consent, resulting in a significant 45-point drop in my credit score.

To make matters worse, I decided to do some research after this unsettling experience and discovered a pattern of overcharging patients at this office. The claim that one tooth would cost a staggering $7,000 is beyond excessive and raises serious ethical concerns.

In summary, my visit to this dentist's office was a distressing ordeal marked by high-pressure tactics, unauthorized financial actions, and exorbitant pricing. The wait time to get seen was about an hour when I went in but that is considering they are a small office and were pretty busy at the time. Overall pretty good experience. Isaac G

Posted On: 05/30/2023 The staff at Flatlands Family Dental are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Epstein was very professional and gentle when handling me. His assistant Nicole was amazing too. It's very comforting to deal with Dental staff who actual seem to care about you. Everyone from the person at the desk who greets you to the x-ray technician, to the office manager Annie were all great there. I even had an emergency situation in between visits and I was very pleased in how they assisted me. I'm very happy with FFD, especially since going to the dentist is not something that I look forward to. They made my experience very pleasant. Shaqwana M
