Posted On: 09/22/2025 After reading other reviews, I feel obligated to tell my story. Well the staff is nice, but this place is running a scam. They try to get you to sign paperwork to do things you really don’t need, and if you don’t do it they get mad and basically kick you out. They don’t clean your mouth good, it’s a quick process of not doing much. This place is a scam. 100% Danny S

Posted On: 09/15/2025 Reception with Naomi was friendly and welcoming . I was about to walk out the office but she encouraged me to stay .
I arrived there 10.25 for a 10.30 appt but wasn’t seen until 11.25 even though forms were already filled out .
Dental assistant Daisy was friendly and professional with radiographs, so too was Dr Mya and the other female dentist who gave professional advice and a referral.
The hygienist Kenny was pleasant, professional, friendly and advised well about oral care, cleaning was excellent, painless.
The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable . I would definitely go back but Naomi is such a valuable asset, thnx so much Ann L

Posted On: 08/27/2025 Everything and Everyone was absolutely AMAZING. Chery, Izzy, Nadia, Dr. Randhawa and Italyah are the best. The service is wonderful and they are the nicest and very helpful. I'm glad I came here. It's very friendly and you feel welcome here.

Back to give updated review. I have NOT been happy since I had work done there. Once the numbness wore offi haven't been happy and a few days passed I felt like something wasn't right. I can't really put pressure on the tooth the dentist worked on. Any type of food hurts And the tooth is always aching. This is definitely a failed filling cause the place before this never gave me a problem. I been in the process of looking for a new dentist cause I'm afraid to let them touch me again. The staff is very nice but that Doctor Randhawa I DEFINITELY don't want touching me again. Star A

Posted On: 06/30/2025 Where do I begin…I must say that I had a great experience with Dr Randawa and Nicole…it was surely a pleasure to have them take care of me in doing my crown replacement not to mention the receptionist. From day one that young lady was extremely pleasant and helpful…I wish I had gotten her name as well…she has such a bubbly demeanor that it’s effectious…All in all I must say that my experience was great with Dr Randawa and she is the best at what she does extremely patient and a perfectionist. Thanks again for everything! Love it! I will be seeing you at Avenue D. 😁 Al C

Posted On: 06/25/2025 This is the worst dentist i have ever visited in my 28 years if my life i should have listened to the reviews on google my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 i arrived to the office at 10:20 i did not get seen until 11:40 the dentist told me i had a bunch of cavities even though it isnt true i have sensitivity sometimes his assistance told me i need to get invisaline because my smile looks good but its not perfect then told me i need to come back for wisdom and all type of random procedures when my teeth are dam near perfect not rotten i came for a cleaning that man cleaned my teeth for 5 minuted then said im free to go he ddnt spend any real time on me at all just argued & discriminated against me listen to the review do not go they are just trying to rob your pockets and your insurance run stay far away from this place i will be posting on youtube tiktok an all of my social media platforms 😡😡😡 Andre G

Posted On: 06/20/2025 I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office on 6/12/2025. I came in for an emergency visit to have a filling replaced, but instead of receiving the care I needed, Dr. Adam refused to treat me unless I agreed to more extensive and costly procedures including placing a cap on my tooth and replacing missing teeth on the side.

I made it clear that I was there for a filling replacement only, but he refused to proceed unless I agreed to everything else he recommended. As a result, I left the office without any treatment during an urgent situation.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this has been a family dentist for years, and we’ve trusted them with our care. I never expected to be denied service for not agreeing to additional procedures that weren’t part of my reason for visiting.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. My family and I will not be returning. Ellissa P

I visited this office in August 2024, and it was a nightmare. They convinced me I had severe gum disease that required either their out-of-network laser treatment (nearly $5,000) or an extremely invasive surgery with a specialist. They scared me so badly that I ended up crying in the office, thinking I would lose all my teeth or have to endure a painful surgery.

The dentist wouldn't even make eye contact with me. After I made it clear that I couldn’t afford the $5,000 treatment, they quickly wrote me a referral to a specialist and rushed me out — the dentist spent maybe two minutes total looking at my mouth.

When I finally got an appointment with a real specialist, I was told that all I needed was a routine cleaning and that I was nowhere near needing any kind of surgery or specialist treatment.

This place is a scam. They use fear tactics and grossly exaggerate conditions to pressure you into expensive, unnecessary treatments. They don’t care about your health — only your money.
If you value your health (and your wallet), GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Shawny S

Posted On: 04/13/2025 On April 12,2025 approximately 1015am I went to Flatlands Family Dental located at 7919 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236 to see the dentist. Because I had a dental emergency which I waited for 2hrs for my appointment to no avail. I came and sat down and explained to the receptionist that I was in excessive pain. After about 2hrs I was shown a room where the assistant xrayed my mouth than told me the dentist be with me in a minute. A little while later a old African American woman name Ms.Yvette came in the room and started to try ro sell me invisline. Which I explained to her I'm not interested and I'm in alot of pain. She aggressively yelled' you need a root Canal/ crown on your tooth and I see you was told before you not going to have no teeth left if you dont get with the program. At the time other passing by patient was looking in the room to see what was the commotion. I felt embarrassed and bewildered.She yelled ' Who you think is going to pay for this?, maybe we can run your credit?' I explained to her that won't me necessary. She yelled at me if you can't pay you have to leave!!' I asked to see the dentist.I have rights as a patient. She than stormed out of the room and mumbled some absentees under her breath. I explained to the dentist that I was in excessive amout of pain. He said that he leave it to Ms. Yvette which I said she have no empathy towards the patients. And left the office without any medication or relief of treatment. Talib D
