Posted On: 07/25/2023 I wish I could give zero stars. Came 40 minutes early and then waited 1 whole hr past my appointment time. They still told me I had 2 more ppl in front of me. What's the point of making appointments then?

They called me repeatedly throughout the week prior to my appointment to make sure I came in. For what? To waste my time. Didn't even get a proper apology, they just kept asking to reschedule.
These people have no shame in wasting the time of others. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Tasnim C

Posted On: 07/13/2023 Went to cement a crown that got loose, I was told to do xray. I asked to just cement the crown, without the xray due to carcinogenic effect, they insisted for me to do it, so I explain my reasons. I was gently brought to the attention of the manager facility, the lady start to explain the reasons, when i told her that I want to avoid xray for the reasons express above, she did not know what to answer, so she ask the dentist to explain why.
He started, and at the end I explain to him as well the same reasons (5 times now)
The dentist refuse saying “you definitely need to do xray” altho aware of the poisonous effect they have, and aware that you don’t need xray to cement a crown. You need xray when cementing a crown to increase the bill.
I ask the cost to cent a crown and they refuse by saying “we need to do an evaluation first” in meantime they want you to take xray
It is shameful and ethically wrong to use procedures that are not need it just to get money out of a patient's.

Posted On: 06/30/2023 I'm smiling 😃 from cheek to cheek with happiness!!! I finished the final phase of my dental implant today and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Epstein with the assistance of Nicole did a tremendous job 👏 👌 in making my mouth whole again. They are both professional, kind and gentle in their approach with patients. Dr. Epstein is a knowledgeable, skillful and gentle dentist. He guided me through the expectations of every step in my implant process. He's precise, caring and he uses top of the art techniques and technology in fulfilling the needs of his patients. Nicole is such a quiet, caring, compassionate and respectable person. She knows her job and does it well. She and Dr. Epstein have a beautiful camaraderie in the work environment all in the best interests of the patients. I'll definitely recommend Flatlands Family Dentistry to anyone seeking any type of dental care/treatments. It's one of the best dental facilities in Brooklyn. Dr. Epstein and Nicole left such good impressions on me that I couldn't let their sense of professionalism go unnoticed. Thanks guys for a job dutifully and well done. I'm very pleased with my implant and the dental care I received. Outstanding job 👏 ✔️ 👍 🙌 😀 👌!!! Suzette H
