While providing me with the different options they recommended they also included the option of payment plans that was good for my budget. This office billed my insurance for procedures I’ve never even spoken to them about. YOU WILL REGRET THIS PLACE. Shadasia D

Posted On: 10/24/2023 Apparently if you leave them a bad review because of their negligence they refuse to treat you as a patient and they left a voice-mail saying they will not treat me because of my 'bad review'. I guess you can't give a honest review without retaliation.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this practice. Annie constantly tells me it's the billing department that's not sending the request to the insurance company in a timely manner for me to get my crown. Yet nothing was done to remedy the situation the second time around. Calling there and requesting to speak to the receptionist is such a hassle it gives me major stress. One permanent crown was put in after months of waiting and now it constantly bleeds I told them about it the Dentist stated that's normal. Nothing about that is normal. Tired of the constant back and forth and lack of adequate service. Kay C
